PRIME TIME Wins United Way of Southeast Louisiana Grant

The Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities has won its first United Way of Southeast Louisiana grant, for the family-engaged preschool readiness program PRIME TIME Preschool to Big School, Improving School Readiness.

The United Way of Southeast Louisiana’s Blueprint for Prosperity Program will invest $25,000 in PRIME TIME Preschool, which anchors younger children and families in their school systems early in the education cycle, giving them a stronger opportunity for a successful school experience and family bonding around reading together. This programming will benefit Orleans Parish over a three year period.
